1. Charges and Billing

You agree to pay for all Products that you purchase through the Website. DBMGUK may charge your credit card for any Products purchased.

2. Right to Change Prices and Product Availability

Prices and availability of Products offered through the Website are subject to change at any time. DBMGUK may, at its discretion, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Website (or any part or content thereof) at any time with or without notice to you, and DBMGUK will not be liable to you or to any third party should it exercise such rights. DBMGUK does not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price drop or promotional offering.

3. No Refunds

All sales are final and all charges from those sales are nonrefundable. DBMGUK will not refund any fees for Products or services that you purchase and then fail to download, unless such failure is caused solely by DBMGUK.

4. Loss of Rights by DBMGUK

DBMGUK may at any time lose the right to make certain Products available. In such an event, you will no longer be able to access such Products from DBMGUK's Library function or obtain them from the Website catalog. 

5. Delivery of Products

By purchasing a Product or Products, you grant permission for DBMGUK to contact you at the e-mail address associated with your PayPal account, and include the Product(s) you purchase as an e-mail attachment for you to download. 

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING DBMGUK WITH A VALID E-MAIL ADDRESS

If no e-mail address is provided, any method of payment will not be processed and will be returned to you via PayPal.
